• Full Refund: Students are eligible for a full refund of their tuition and fees if they cancel their enrollment before the start of training classes. To request a refund, please contact our office via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled training session.

• No Refund After Training Begins: Once you have attended your first training class, refunds will no longer be issued. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to cover the costs of reserving your spot and providing training resources.
